Take it all in, and wait patiently!

Good Day Folks!  The final shots of Ryan and Katie's Engagement Sessions are done...and awaiting their choice for a "Save the Date."  Once "the" shot is chosen, all of the goods from their session will be posted and I cannot wait for them to be seen! In the mean time, enjoy a few of my favorite places in Charleston.

Just a side note: This was my first trip to visit the Angel Oak!  The tree is simply breathtaking!  This live oak is dated to be 1500 years old, and with that, the oldest oak to the East of the Mississippi River! An amazing sight!

Ryan and Katie are having a 3-part Engagement Shoot: Forest, City, and Sand!  The love birds will be tying the knot in May 2013, giving me the perfect opportunity to really capture the true essence of their relationship in many settings! These "forest" shots were done at Swan Lake in Sumter, SC.  In the coming months I will also be shooting them in downtown Charleston and on Folly Beach where they live! Enjoy some of our collective favorites from this first session and stay tuned for more....

Stephanie and Corey are some friends of mine who recently got engaged. I was lucky enough to get to shoot this adorable couple on her Spring Break trip to Sumter! The pictures are taken in a few areas of town, although mainly at Swan Lake! These two had actually never been there before the day of our shoot! I had an absolute blast watching them be so sweet on each other and showing them one of my favorite places. Enjoy!
